The city of Alba is back as a protagonist, from 09 October, with its fragrant White Truffle,

called the White Gold of Piedmont, known for its rarity and its particularity, the White Alba Truffle grows spontaneously, in symbiosis with specific trees or shrubs, in areas characterized by an extremely delicate ecological balance.

To celebrate this fruit, the City of Alba from 09 October to 05 December organizes a full calendar of events, from the world truffle market, to show cooks, wine tasting, dinners with starred chefs and fresh pasta courses.

In view of this Fair, the Hotel Terre dei Salici, which is about a 25-minute drive from the event, will offer its guests the opportunity to have dinner at the internal restaurant, where in addition to Piedmontese cuisine, it will be on the menu the White Truffle of Alba.
